The Medal (or Time Bubble, according to some) is an item used in the game Irritation Stickman to collect twenty seconds of extra time. This item is green, and has a running stickman on it. They are spread throughout the game, and will increase your score regardless of your time. They are mostly found on hazardous spots. These are bigger than coins, making them easier to get.
