Gloves are weapons only used by Boxers. They do low damage and have very low range, but they have the fastest attacking speed in the game. The Level 1 and 2 weapons have the words "Punch" or "Glove" in it, the Level 3 and 4 weapons use the word "Knuckle", the Level 5 and 6 weapons have the word "Claw" (with the exception of Charge Punch 5), and the Level 7 and 8 weapons have the word "Cestus". Gloves have 5 types: Physical, Fire, Freeze, Thunder, and Poison.

This can allow for a tank that can deal considerable damage, as the SP required for this to deal max damage is quite low, meaning the remainder of the SP gained (which will be quite a bit by the time this weapons' best compos are found) can be put into LP and/or STR.

With 4 boxers, each with 18 DEX, 30 MAG, a Quick's Card 5, and a Diamond 4, it's possible to freeze a boss permanently even though they have Freeze strengths (except for enemies/bosses with that are at least 90% freeze resistant). On a Boxer with 18 DEX and 30 MAG, can also be used more for mostly non-negatable damage with a Bullet's Card 5 and Quick's Card 5 while putting the remaining SP into LP for survivability.

This is the first fire-type weapon to have a different color than other weapons, and it is also the most MP-intensive glove so far. Equipping a Blue Stone 5 or investing at least 100 SP into MAG is recommended, as it requires a huge amount of MP. It is also recommended to add a Bullet's Card of level 3 or higher so there are more needles to make up for the low fire damage. It is advisable to have at least 15-20 DEX before equipping this weapon. If the Boxer has at least 100 MAG, a Quick's Card of high level can be equipped instead of a Blue Stone 5 to speed up the needle bursts. Due to the high MP cost and amount of time the needles last, this weapon is best for taking down enemies with high LP. This weapon's attacks can often partially block the view of the playscreen near the Boxer due to their brightness and size, especially with the high-speed builds mentioned above.

With a Bullet's Card 5 and Garnet 5, it can be used as an alternate weapon for the Thunder Claw tank, and if the enemy also has very high LP, it can potentially be just slightly stronger than the Thunder Claw given enough time on said enemy, unlike how the Fire Knuckle is to the Thunder Knuckle. If the enemies do not typically last longer than 1.6s (80 frames), a Quick's Card 5 may be better than the Garnet for more rapid damage in a shorter amount of time.
