This boss launches ten poisoning pellets into the air and each creates 3 long lasting poisoning clouds upon contact with the terrain. Simple dodging will work. However, beware of the Pink Coconut Copter and the poison clouds, which could limit the available space for dodging. A Poison Charm 4 can be a very useful compo item against this boss. A melee character can do great things against this boss. Firstly, make sure the ranged characters don't move. Have them deal with the Copter, preferably with Freeze type weapons. With the melee character, simply dodging to the right with him will ensure he doesn't get hit by the poison. Once he reaches the right side of the screen, carry him back towards where he first started; the poison will have faded out by then. Make sure the boss follows the melee character to ensure it doesn't simply outrange the melee character. If it has a Vampire's Card 4 and a Berserk Card, it can cause a lot of damage to the boss while avoiding the poison and recovering any damage it accidentally takes. As for the other characters, Ice and Thunder type weapons are best against this boss. Following this strategy will ensure a relatively quick victory.
Trivia[]
This is the first regular boss to have more LP than the Pyramid Boss.
This enemy, along with the Pink Coconut Copter and the Green Boss Gel Bouncer have beaten the White Boss Skull Zombie in poison damage (400 damage over 1 second). However, the White Boss Skull Zombie's attack can deal 2,376 damage if all the six poison clouds hit.
