About[]

This boss fires large long-lasting bolts that home in on characters. They can easily kill characters if exposed too long, as it lasts a very long time. The Bait strategy is not very effective, as the bolts can just move toward other characters away from the bait. However, the bolts themselves seem to have a lower homing range, making it easy to lead them out of range with another character. The bosses themselves also have relatively low LP compared to other bosses this late in the game, so it is highly recommended to take advantage of this and kill them quickly with characters having a high DPS. Another useful strategy is to move one character around the boss' head in a circular fashion, similar to that of the Yellow Boss Box Eel (Oasis). This may be time-consuming, though. Ice and Poison type weapons are essential to slowing down the boss and bringing down its LP. Thunder type weapons are also very useful, especially the Sniper's Indra Arrow 6. Luckily, visibility is not as impaired as on other stages in the Snowfield series as the bolt attacks are a Fire type and can melt the snow, so strategies like the bait can be useful.

Trivia[]

  • It is one of the four biggest Trees in the game, and the strongest out of all of them.
